after effects animation with puppet pin tool and 2-D cut-out

             2-D cut-outs
1st off we cut out the demon in Photoshop into the parts of the body we will be animating in this instance I cut out : the eye , the torso forearms back arms and  legs.

once we have the demon cut up in layers we the import it into after effects so then they are now in folders of layers we then drag them on to the stage drag it onto stage

Then we put it into place and with each limb you move the registry point to fit towards the focus so in this case the torso
then we can begin to animate so then we go to the layer and click the timer and move the limbn in place and repeat till finished animation

puppet animations are different but they are allot faster and smoother however the problem with puppet animating is it warps the image as you can see below

before puppet animating you cut out the limbs but whole limbs so arm legs and head

to puppet animate all you need to do is click the points to move and these points warp into the shape to give the look you want it to show
and repeat until you have the full animation
